Large breaker pressure relief, also known as leakage, is one of the common failures. Once the breaker has a pressure relief problem, the system pressure cannot be established, and it will cause environmental pollution, increase downtime, reduce productivity, increase production costs, affect production and even There are serious consequences that cannot be estimated, so what are the reasons for the leakage of the hammer?
1. Selection of seals. The reliability of the hydraulic breaker depends to a large extent on the design of the seal and the selection of seals. Since the design of the seal structure is unreasonable in the design, the choice of seals is not in accordance with the specifications, and the hydraulic oil and seal materials are not considered in the design The compatible types, load conditions, pressure, working speed, and changes in ambient temperature will directly or indirectly cause hydraulic system leakage to varying degrees. In addition, because the use environment of the hydraulic breaker has dust and impurities, it is necessary to select a suitable dust seal in the design to prevent dust and other dirt from entering the system to contaminate the oil and damage the seal, resulting in leakage.
2. The geometric precision and roughness of the moving surface in the design are not careful enough, and the strength check of the connection part is not performed in the design, etc., which will cause leakage in the work of the breaker.
3. The crushing hammer should prevent brutal operation during assembly. If excessive force will deform the parts, the parts should be carefully inspected before assembly. During assembly, the parts should be lightly pressed with a little hydraulic oil, and diesel should be used for cleaning, especially the sealing ring, dust ring, O-ring, etc. If the rubber components are cleaned with gasoline, they will easily deteriorate, lose their original elasticity, and reduce the sealing performance.
Only with our daily inspection and maintenance work can we try our best to reduce the occurrence of leaks without affecting the efficiency of the entire production. By doing every small step, we can ensure the normal use of the entire large equipment.
