What is the features of SWT vibro hammer?

(1). The pile tong is made of higher wear-resistant steel with longer working life.It won’t be worn in a short period.

(2). The cylinder of the sheet pile tong has very strong thrust keeping the tong with enough clamping force. Make sure the sheet pile body won’t loose and ensure safe operation.

(3).SWT vibro hammer use Europe imported hydraulic motor which is very stable with higher efficiency and reliable quality life.

(4).The damping rubber block componented in the hammer body is very stable quality and longer working life under high frequency vibration.

(5).The hydraulic motor and gear are built in the vice boom with simple layout which can be connected to excavators easily. And it is very durable.

User tips for using excavator vibro hammers

(1). The first week is the Running In period to a new vibro hammer. The gear box oil should be changed one day after working, then change two times each 3 days, which means the oild should be changed total 3 times in the first week Running In Period.

(2). After Running in period (the first week), the oil should be change every 200 working hrs, which should be not more than 500hrs or 6 months. The machine should be cleaned while maintenance.

(3). After the sheet pile is pushed into the right deepth, better to loose the clamp at least 5 seconds later,which can reduce the clamp wearing and extend its working life.

(4). Everyday before working, please check if any bolts on the machine were loosen and it should be greased regularly.
