What broken hammer strike frequency will be abnormal

The power source of the hydraulic breaker is the pressure oil provided by the pumping station of the excavator or loader, which can more effectively clean the floating stones and the mud in the cracks of the rock during the excavation of the building foundation. It has become an important working tool for hydraulic excavators, and some people have installed hydraulic breakers on backhoe loaders or wheel loaders for crushing operations. It is widely used in construction fields such as mines, metallurgy, transportation, railways and tunnels. Due to the harsh operating environment, improper use, and inadequate maintenance management, etc., the frequency of strikes often decreases, the intensity of strikes, and other abnormal phenomena.

The main reason for the decrease in frequency is the insufficient pressure or flow of the hydraulic system, the loosening of the drill rod, the wear of the hydraulic seals, the contamination of the hydraulic grease, and the failure of the safety valve. The piston moves but does not strike. The main reason for this situation is that the drill rod is stuck. The drill rod can be removed to check whether the drill rod pin and the drill rod are broken or damaged. If necessary, observe whether the inner casing has a piston that is damaged or broken. If it is cleaned in time.

Intermittently. There are two main reasons for this situation. One is the blockage of the oil circuit, which leads to unsmooth oil supply and the piston cannot obtain stable power. Another is that the drill rod is stuck, and its continuity and periodicity are affected; after the bushing is replaced, the broken hammer has a failure to stop working. After replacing the bush, the position of the piston must be higher, which causes the control oil passage of some small directional valves in the cylinder to be closed at the initial position, and the stop of the directional valve causes it to stop working.
