Atlas Copco acquired South Korea’s DandA, a manufacturer of hydraulic attachments
Ms. Helena Hedblom, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Epicurean Group, said: “The acquisition of DandA Heavy Industries will strengthen our leading position in hydraulic attachments in the construction industry and is in line with our long-term growth strategy.”
DandA Heavy Industries, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, produces hydraulic attachments mainly for customers in the fields of construction, demolition, rock breaking, quarrying and infrastructure. The company has a production plant on the outskirts of Seoul, with about 60 employees, and operating revenue of approximately SEK 210 million in 2020.
