Excavator Vibro Ripper

Vibro ripper and hydraulic hammer are both types of equipment used in construction and demolition activities to break up and remove hard materials such as concrete, rock, and pavement.

The difference between Vibro Ripper and hydraulic hammer:

1:The striking method and structureof vibro ripper, and their job is more highly efficient, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly.

2: Vibro ripper can operate underwater without modification in the building industry. It has important advantages in the operating circumstances of the Castor landform structure for sand rocks, worn rocks, some limestone, and rocks.

3: The market for hydraulic hammers has been effectively supplemented by the development of vibro ripper. With its introduction, the monopoly that the hydraulic hammer operation currently holds over all crushing operations will be broken and there will be clear differentiation options available within the context of crushing construction.

4: The vibro ripper modifies the piston impact’s crushing principle. When compared to a hydraulic hammer, it successfully avoids hydraulic system damage brought on by metal tasks or black oil, Through a reasonable mechanical structure, the hammer itself avoids the damage caused by the boom and arms of the excavator itself.

These are the operation safety measures:

a.Every time you use the vibro ripper, you should first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe of the breaker is loose; at the same time, for the sake of caution, you should check for oil leakage at other places at any time, so as not to cause the an oil pipe to fall off due to vibration, thereby malfunction.

b.The chisel must always be kept perpendicular to the shattered object’s surface while the vibro ripper is in use. Make the chisel press the broken object tightly, and stop the work of the breaking hammer immediately after breaking to prevent air strikes. Constant  air strikes will harm the breaker body, loosen the main body bolts, and in extreme situations, harm the main machine itself.

c.To avoid breaking the main body bolts and the chisel during crushing operations, do not shake the drill rod. This could harm the breaker or the host.

d.Avoid performing crushing operations on muddy or watery surfaces. Other than the chisel, the breaker body’s other components should not be submerged in water or mud to prevent harm to the piston and other components with related functions from muck buildup. The breaker prematurely ages due to stains.

e.To avoid burning the chisel or oil overheating, when breaking a very hard object, begin from the edge and pound constantly at the same location for no longer than 1 minute.

All things considered, regardless of the type of construction machinery, it is essential to ensure that it is in good working order before use, pay attention to the machine’s application range while in use, and perform any necessary post-use maintenance so that the machine’s service life is significantly increased.
