The basic structure of the Excavator Buckets
1.Excavator Bucket body:The main part of the bucket is used to carry materials and needs to be impact-resistant and wear-resistant (materials can be replaced according to customer requirements)
2.Excavator Bucket teeth:Sharp parts installed at the front end of the bucket body for crushing and digging materials.
The Bucket teeth include Flat teeth\Pointed teeth\Wolf teeth and High-frequency quenching teeth. Can be choose according to the soil quality of different working environments.
3.Side Plates of bucket: located on both sides of the bucket body, used for cutting materials.
4.Bucket bottom plate of bucket: The bottom of the bucket body, which bears the weight of the material and the impact force during excavation
5.Linkage Ears plate of bucket: used to connect the bucket and the boom of the excavator.
Additional functional components
Baffle: Prevent material from rolling back (applicable to loose soil).
Drainage holes: Used for drainage to reduce resistance when working in clayey soil.
